Our true paddock to plate supply chain provides a 100% traceable supply chain, allowing you to trace each and every cut of our grass-fed beef to the farm the livestock was raised on. No other online butcher can do this! That’s each and every cut of meat to the farm it comes from. Our farmers work together with us to ensure that the cattle are raised using best farming practices, and we process the livestock on the farm with our mobile abattoir. This means there is no stressful transport involved for the livestock, ensuring more tender meat.
